Abstract

This research aimed to test the impact of functional integration on the performance of employees at Hadhramout University - Yemen -, and the researchers used the descriptive analytical approach to achieve the objectives of the research, and the questionnaire was used as a main tool for research, and the interview was used, and the research community consisted of all administrative staff at the university in its multiple colleges in the city of Mukalla, and the sample was random, and its size reached (226) employees, The research found that there is a statistically significant impact of job integration in its dimensions (vitality - dedication - absorption) on the performance of employees at Hadhramout University individually, and the existence of a statistically significant effect of functional integration with a dimension (dedication) on the performance of employees at Hadhramout University combined, and that there is no statistically significant effect of functional integration in the two dimensions (vitality - absorption) on the performance of employees at Hadhramout University in a combined manner, and the researchers reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: The need to enhance the job integration and performance of employees at Hadhramout University through holding training courses, holding workshops, and supporting the actual senior management for job integration.
