To achieve the purpose of this study, a descriptive study was conducted in 13 Yemeni banks. The study population consisted of 1912 employees in the targeted banks and 314 employees were selected as a sample using a proportional stratified random sampling method. The data were gathered using a structured questionnaire. Descriptive data were processed and analyzed using SPSS. The results of the study revealed that there was a significant impact of organizational culture on the organizational development in the Yemeni Banks. The impact was found high in the responsiveness and technology variables and low in the control, human resources and relations variables.
