The Impact of Organizational Culture on Job Burnout: A Field Study at Yemeni Pharmaceutical Industrial Companies

The study aimed to identify the impact of Organizational Culture (Organizational Values, Organizational Beliefs, Organizational Norms and Organizational Expectations) on job burnout through its dimensions (Emotional exhaustion, Desensitization, low personal achievement) at Yemeni Pharmaceutical Industry Companies. The descriptive analytical method was adopted and a questionnaire to collect data. The study population consist of employees with a total number of (900) employees. The stratified random sample with a total number of (259). By analyzing the data using descriptive analysis methods and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS program, the findings revealed impact of organizational culture on job burnout at Yemeni Pharmaceutical Industry Companies. The findings also showed that the level of organizational culture at Yemeni Pharmaceutical Industry Companies was high, And the level of job burnout was medium. The study concluded with an emphasis on paying more attention to organizational culture across dissemination among employees of the Pharmaceutical Industry Companies, to enhance its level, thus reducing the job burnout level
