This study aims to explore the impact of participative leadership on improving job performance through a field study conducted at Tayibat Aden Company. The researchers adopted both the descriptive and analytical approaches, and the study population included all employees of Tayibat Aden Company (114 employees), using a comprehensive survey method excluding service workers. The results revealed that the company applies participative leadership at a high level, primarily driven by strong organizational commitment. Furthermore, participative leadership explained about 25% of the variance in job performance, with the "human relations" dimension having the greatest influence, followed by "delegation of authority" and then "participation in decision-making." The study recommends strengthening participative practices in the Yemeni work environment due to their direct impact on enhancing commitment, satisfaction, and job stability.
