How long does review take?
Starter plan: up to 90 days. Professional: 30 days. Elite: 14 days. Timelines begin after all required materials are submitted.
What happens if my journal is rejected?
If your journal does not meet the AMS indexing criteria, your submission fee is refunded in full within 14 business days.
Are fees recurring?
Plans are billed annually. You will receive a renewal notice 60 days before expiry. Indexing is suspended if a plan lapses.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes — you can upgrade at any time. You pay only the difference between your current plan and the new plan for the remainder of your billing period.
Do you accept payments in other currencies?
All invoices are issued in USD. We accept major credit cards, bank transfer, and institutional purchase orders.
