Abstract::
A degenerative brain ailment called Huntington's disease (HTD) causes irritable behavior, emotional distress, cognition, etc. It is also known as
Huntington's chorea. Compared to men, women are more likely to get HTD. However, in India, if 3 to 5% of Europeans are affected, it is difficult
to estimate the disease's prevalence. The full pathophysiological status, several molecular pathways, and pharmaceutical and non-pharmacological
treatments for Huntington's disease are covered in this article. Google, PubMed, Scopus, Bentham, Elsevier, and other significant web resources
were used to gather the scientific data. Moreover, this review article may serve as the foundation for future study, particularly on Huntington's
illness.
