The aim of the research is to identify creative leadership behaviors as an independent variable represented by its dimensions (sensitivity to problems, fluency, originality, flexibility) and the dependent variable represented by human talent management with its dimensions (attracting talents, developing talents and retaining talents). The questionnaire was distributed to a random, intentional sample of individuals represented by the staff The lecturer at Al-Hadbaa Private University, and the sample size reached (217) individuals, and the questionnaire form was the main tool in collecting data using the program ((SPSS v26). The results of the analysis showed the existence of a statistical relationship between creative leadership and human talent management. A set of recommendations was presented, the most important of which is for the leadership of the organization under study to instill a culture of interest With the concepts of creative leadership as a unique field of knowledge, by encouraging research efforts by researchers and specialists in the field of management science, with the urgent need to integrate it with many related theories and fields, and adopting specialized training programs targeting academic leaders in universities, to enable them to possess the creative skills necessary for how to manage human talents.
