The research aims to identify digital human resource management activities as an independent variable and their role in digital entrepreneurship as a dependent variable, based on the practical reality that the researchers observed through the opinions of the research sample. The dimensions of digital human resources management were represented (e-recruitment, e-training, e-evaluation, e-compensation), while the dimensions of the dependent variable were represented (initiative, risk, creativity and innovation) for the research sample (which consisted of 220 employees of Asiacell Telecommunications Company in Mosul for the period from 4/1/2026 to 29/1/2026). Statistical analysis (SPSS) was used with the questionnaire analysis tool to collect data from the field, which is Asiacell Telecommunications Company in the city of Mosul. The research reached a number of results, the most important of which is the important role of digital human resources management and its impact on entrepreneurship. A number of conclusions were reached, the most important of which is the existence of a correlation and significant impact between digital human resources management and entrepreneurship at the macro and micro levels, which confirms the pivotal role of digital practices in supporting entrepreneurial behavior within telecommunications companies. The study also recommended the need to enhance the application of the dimensions of digital human resources management due to its effective impact on developing initiative, creativity and risk tolerance among employees.
