This research aimed to investigate the impact of organizational agility, in its dimensions of (sensing, decision-making, and implementation), on enhancing strategic excellence, in its dimensions of (leadership, individuals, culture, and services), at Asiacell Telecommunications Company/Karbala branch. To achieve this objective, the descriptive-analytical approach was adopted, utilizing a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection from a sample of (93) employees. Data were analyzed using statistical software (SPSS.v.26 and SmartPLS V.4). The results indicated a statistically significant positive impact of organizational agility on achieving strategic excellence, with high explanatory power (R2 = 0.744). The findings also confirmed the significance of all sub-dimensions, with "implementation agility" emerging as the most influential dimension. This emphasizes that the speed and effectiveness of decision implementation are the critical factors for superiority. In light of these results, the research recommended fostering digital forecasting and reducing bureaucracy to accelerate field operations and ensure sustainable competitive advantage in the long term.
