interests supporting the various patties have increased instability with in the country which in turn affects the process of democratic transformation which reflects negatively on the Iraqi citizen whether inside the canter or in the Kurdistan region as that the regional player has interests what the tries to protect in various ways and that it comes to him create division and isolation between the components of the Iraqi people and this is what was touched specifically after the sectarian events in the country by the end of 2006 .
