On the sidelines of the 3rd International Dialogue of Civilizations and Tolerance Conference 2026, hosted by Emirates Scholar Center for Research and Studies and held in Abu Dhabi from 3 to 5 June, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Emirates Scholar Center for Research and Studies and the IMPACT-se & Monitor Impact Education Services. The agreement aims to strengthen research and academic cooperation and develop joint projects and initiatives that support civilizational dialogue, promote scientific research and innovation, and contribute to building knowledge-based economies founded on research and development.
The MoU was signed by Dr. Fawaz Habbal, Director General and Board of Trustees Member of Emirates Scholar Center, and Mr. Marcus Sheff, CEO of IMPACT-se & Monitor Impact Education Services. The agreement seeks to advance cooperation in research and scientific fields through the preparation of joint studies, research papers, and reports, the exchange of expertise among researchers and specialists, and the organization of conferences, seminars, and workshops.
Areas of cooperation also include the exchange of perspectives and ideas on contemporary research issues, the development of scientific and community initiatives that promote awareness and knowledge, the empowerment of researchers and academics, support for scientific publishing, the exchange of publications and research, and enhanced collaboration with local and international partners on issues of mutual interest.
