The Journal of Law of Kuwait University aims to promote legal scholarship through the publication of original academic research in law and comparative Sharia studies. It publishes research, commentary on judicial decisions, and reviews of Kuwaiti legislation, international agreements, and treaties to which Kuwait is a party. The journal also publishes relevant summaries of master's and doctoral theses and serves academics, legal professionals, judges, lawyers, and policymakers. Its articles are published in Arabic, English, and French.
