The Egyptian Journal of Internal Medicine is the official journal of the Egyptian Society of Internal Medicine. It is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal covering clinical, technical, ethical, and social aspects of internal medicine. Its scope includes gastroenterology, endocrinology, infectious diseases, rheumatology, nephrology, cardiology, pulmonology, neurology, hematology, and vascular diseases, with particular emphasis on clinically relevant research. It publishes research articles, reviews, case reports, letters to the editor, guidelines, and invited clinical articles.
