Micro and Nanosystems

Micro and Nanosystems publishes experimental and theoretical research on fundamental and interdisciplinary developments at the micro- and nanoscale. Its scope includes applications in tissue engineering, medicine, energy, the environment, food, and security, as well as nanoimprint lithography, nanoreactors, molecular devices, microfluidics, and microelectromechanical systems (MEMS). The journal also emphasizes scalable and industrial methods for producing microscale and nanoscale materials and devices.
