Dirasat Shari a and Law Sciences

Dirasat: Shari'a and Law Sciences is an international, double-blind, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by the University of Jordan. It publishes original research articles, review papers, and scholarly studies in Islamic studies and legal sciences. The journal aims to advance research in Shari'a, jurisprudence, comparative law, constitutional law, civil and criminal law, international law, commercial law, and contemporary legal issues. It welcomes manuscripts in Arabic and English and has been published continuously since 1974.
