Data Sources & Partners

The trusted external data providers that power the AMS scoring and indexing pipeline

6 Data Partners
Read-Only Access Mode

The AMS scoring pipeline draws on six authoritative external data sources to ensure citation figures, open access status, ISSN validity, and payment processing are all grounded in independently verified data. AMS does not collect or store source records independently — all data is fetched in real time or synchronised on a quarterly schedule directly from the respective provider APIs.

All data partnerships are read-only. AMS does not modify, delete, or write to any source records. Citation counts, OA flags, and ISSN records remain entirely under the control of their respective data providers.
